Does the JYETech DSO 139 come with a probe?
Yes, it comes with a clip prob, not a standard oscilloscope probe.
Does the DSO150 come with the latest board version and firmware?
Yes, if you purchase it from us, you will receive the latest version!
I have the DSO150 scope, and after putting it together, I’m getting an “EEPROM” error message.
This is a known problem with this device, which thankfully has a simple solution! You just need to update the firmware. The manufacturer of the scope has published a guide for updating the firmware, which you can access here.
I purchased and assembled my DSO Oscilloscope kit, but it is not working properly!
Most issues with assembled scopes are related to soldering problems. Please contact our Customer Support team for assistance.
