Nooelec is proud to offer a 30-day return policy on most items. The following terms and conditions apply:
- Certain items, like the NESDR series, among others, have a warranty exceeding the length of our return policy. Any warranty or return period specifically noted on a product page supersedes this policy.
- Return shipping is paid by Nooelec on items that are damaged or defective on arrival (DOA), but otherwise is the responsibility of the buyer.
- A restocking fee of 20% applies to all returns that are not DOA.
- DOA items are subject to either a free replacement or refund, depending on the preference of the buyer.
- You may opt to exchange an item instead of returning it; in these cases the restocking fee will not apply.
- When requesting to return an item, our Customer Support Team will ask questions regarding the reason for return, and may request documentation (usually photos or screenshots) that will assist us in processing the return. You are not obligated to answer these questions or provide more information if you do not want to, however in these instances the restocking fee will be mandatory.
- Incidental damage is NOT covered by any Nooelec return policy or warranty. This includes both accidental and intentional damage caused by the buyer or while the item is in the buyer’s possession.
- An RMA number must be issued before a return can be processed. Returned items that are received without a valid RMA number will be returned to sender.
