Which terminal is which on the Balun One Nine?
There are 2 terminals on the Balun One Nine. Looking at it from the top, with the SMA connector on the right side, the bottom terminal connector should be used for ground, and the top for antenna input. Make sure that you have fully depressed the button on the terminal and gently insert the wire all the way in before releasing the button. You may need to use some pressure to get the terminal to open at first.

Is the ANT500 telescopic antenna compatible with your NESDR series?
Yes, it is compatible. Please note that the ANT500 was designed specifically for the HackRF One and has a female SMA connector. Depending on the NESDR model you have, you may need an adapter. Check out our selection of adapters and cables in our webstore!
I have the RaTLSnake Antenna Bundle. Do you have any adapters that can go from male SMA directly to the antennas without using the base?
No, unfortunately we do not currently stock this type of adapter, and aren't aware of anyone who does. You likely can make your own though with an M5 screw and SMA connector though, if you are into DIY!
